Welcome
So many of us arrive here carrying something we can’t quite name: a heaviness, a pattern, a sense that something is missing. Whatever has brought you here, it makes sense. Your responses, your coping, your protective strategies, all of it makes sense given your history.
When we begin to see the patterns we’ve been living inside of, something new can begin to emerge.

You may be here because:
• You feel things deeply
• You long to feel less alone in your relationships
• You sense there is something within you that wants to be heard
• You are curious about what is happening inside your inner world
The heart of our work together:
Coming Home to the Body
The body is always speaking. Together we learn to slow down and listen — sensing the ground beneath us, noticing what is pleasant or uncomfortable, finding resources that invite calm. Sometimes that's an image, a breath, or simply a hand placed gently over the heart.
Finding Safety in Connection
We carry the imprint of our earliest connective experiences with us — how safe it felt to reach out, whether comfort arrived, whether we could trust. Together we can begin to understand these patterns and, gently, find a new way of being with ourselves and others.
Tending the Emotional Landscape
Our emotions are not problems to be solved. They are messengers. Together we can map the patterns we get stuck in, the thoughts, feelings, and stories that shape our days, and how all of it lives in the body. When emotions are given space and held in relationship, they can begin to move.
Belonging to a Wider Web
We are not meant to heal alone. Through imagination, we can call upon allies from the natural world, a beloved place, a plant, an animal, a wise ancestor. These companions offer something real: a felt sense of support that lands in the body, reminding us we belong to a wider web of life.

My work is relational, somatic, and trauma-informed. I follow your lead, tracking what your system needs and building enough safety for something new to become possible.
